Signing Up

Simple Form

  • Name: Your preferred name
  • Email: Required for confirmation
  • Phone: Optional but helpful

Multi-Day Events

  1. Select Day: Choose which day(s) to volunteer
  2. Pick Shift: Select time slots
  3. Submit: Done!

Confirmation Email

Your email includes:

  • ✅ Event details
  • ✅ Date, time, location
  • ✅ Your selected role
  • 🔗 Magic cancellation link

Canceling

  1. Open confirmation email
  2. Click "Cancel" link
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Done - no login needed
